On February 3, 2026, the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), represented by Ms. Phrommakorn Phromkhattikaew, Assistant Manager, together with executives from the Treasury Department, Personal Credit Department, and the Office of Foreign Affairs, welcomed and held discussions with delegates from the French Development Agency (AFD), led by Mr. Jean-Pierre Mercelli, Southeast Asia Regional Director and Thailand Country Director.
The meeting focused on exploring cooperation and financial support in biodiversity finance and climate finance, as well as receiving updates on the progress of AFD’s biodiversity initiative, Finance for Biodiversity (Fin4Bio).
