On 17 March 2026, BAAC welcomed a delegation from the People’s Bank of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka under an Exposure Visit on agricultural and rural finance, organized in collaboration with APRACA CENTRAB. The program was led by Ms. Lecira V. Juarez, Managing Director of APRACA CENTRAB.
Presided over by Mr. Supachai Thammasiri, Assistant Director of the Office of Foreign Affairs (OFA), presided over the program and delivered the opening remarks to welcome the Sri Lankan delegation. This program reflects the collaboration between BAAC and the APRACA Center for Training and Research for Agricultural Banking (CENTRAB) and was held from 16–20 March 2026 at Maruay Garden Hotel, Bangkok. During the programme, the delegation also visited BAAC client farms in Chonburi Province, including 3P Hydroponics Skyfarm, Pattaya Low Carbon Learning Center in Bang Lamung District, and Figs Suan Kwan in Mueang District.
